Thanks for that Nav-au. Yes, perhaps starting a bit slower is the way to go!

I’ve done this a few times now and never quite managed to keep it up for more than a month or so. But, whenever I do I also feel the energy boost that you mentioned. Plenty of people report great results from rising early.
