No problems with pre-orders. Just make sure the stock is available on the day promised, so often it happens that you pre order and it just doesnt turn up when promised, and that is a bad reflection on your business, and people wont come back.

you need to make sure if importing or getting from a local manufacturer that they can meet the dates you are promisong to your clients they are your clients not theirs so they really dont care. Remember in particular if importing there are a lot of thngs that can hold up the supply line.

Dont make promises unless you are sure it will happen.

Plus another good thing I have seen is some business’s give a pre order price guarantee. so if the product is cheaper for any reason when it is finally released they give it for the cheaper price.
