Hey Kiwi, what kind of reporting is your current Adwords manager providing to you?

The big thing with AdWords is that you need to make sure you’re tracking the right metrics. Most AdWords accounts I review I find that key conversions aren’t been tracked such as click to call, click to mail and contact enquiry forms. If this isn’t set up correctly and the conversions synced with AdWords means you’ll be missing alot of critical information that allows you to optimise your account and reduce wasted spend.
