eParcel Express labels have a section that is in yellow ink, in order to be identified as ‘express’ by Australia Post mail handlers.
This is not directly possible with any thermal or black-and-white printer.
Therefore, you buy labels that are pre-printed with the yellow and red ‘Express Post’ logo.
These are your options:
1) Go to an Australia Post depot or business hub and get the A4 pages that have 3 labels on them. They are free to eParcel account holders. The eParcel software in the browser will print your labels laid out against the 3 labels.
2) Order the pre-printed thermal labels from Insignia.com.au, product code XPAR01

I hope this helps :)
