Thanks for the advice Rohan. Yeah I agree it will present s ome challenges however I already have some experience with commercial clients whose clients are parent clients so hopefully that will help. The thing about commercial clients is they are big but slow payers so I am hoping the private rentals will help give me more regular, if smaller, income.
I checked out Google analytics briefly it’s definitely something I will look in to more.
