You can set up your website to send people based on location by IP address to different sites and from there quote in an applicable currency. Alternatively use a top level domain name like .com website for international clients and charge in USD while using a website with .com.au for domestic clients and charge in AUD.
Having a foreign currency bank account for USD gives you flexibility to withdraw funds when you want and US customers shouldn’t have to pay exchange fees. Stick with just the two currencies at most if it is an ongoing service or you will open yourself up to too much exchange risk and I don’t think you want to have the hassle of having to hedge each extra currency.
