Interesting reading through this, when I first saw the hunter gatherer concept come up I thought that would be where it came from. That we always tried to gather as much as we could when it was available but it makes sense that we wouldn’t have been able to collect meats more than a day in advance.

I think work/life balance is defined differently for everyone.

Fir instance, I know that I am hopeless at relaxing so I enjoy being on the go all day and night, keeping myself occupied. Even if I do stop, my brain doesn’t stop thinking but I do find that that’s when I’ll get new ideas and perspectives.
But what I class as being on the go would include my hobbies which are all fairly strenuous so physically I’ll be exhausted at the end of every day but not necessarily mentally.
