Hi There,
For the payment to yourself, it can be treated in different ways, based on information you provided, you want yourself to be an employee of the company, then you need to register PAYG Withholding and report withholding in your BAS. Other treatment can be drawings to be booked against your lending to company if there are. More information is required to book properly.

Payment to both yourself and shareholder should be dividend (franked or unfranked) based on the shareholding percentage.

Keeping track of your books:
1. It is recommended to use cloud accounting like Xero. It is not recommended to use desktop version accounting software.
2. Or if there is not much volume right now, you can do manually, there are free bookkeeping excel template on our website, you can check if it is suitable for you.

Accountant: you will need to find an accountant anyway.
