I am currently organising a tradeshow style event in Papua New Guinea and wanted some advice on my options for insurance. My company will be organising the tradeshow component only, while the exhibitors organise their own flights, accommodation, visas & travel insurance.

What I am concerned about is the time spent at the tradeshow and having a potential incident. Whether that be someone falling over, having a few too many beers at the network evening or worse case, some form of robbery etc.

Being an Australian company and the exhibitors being Australian based, what are my liabilities? I will be charging our exhibitors to attend while delegates are not
