At least if they ring you have an opportunity to sell yourself, if they read the answer and don’t like the way you wrote it they may just move on to your competitor. The aim is to get to talk to or have communcations with the potential client. You want them to ring, that is not lazy on the clients part. It’s lazy on your part not wanting to deal with a potential client.
