The concept is good, and works well for business’s (ie. Macca’s and supermarkets) where there is high turnover and/or a wide range of products. A few cheeseburgers or bags of fries is minimal when you have thousands of sales in a day. But if you a small fish and chips shop with only a hundred sales in a day a small chips to each client with no profit, makes a severe impact on your turn over. They also don’t have high margin items wto make up for the loss on the chips, etc.
