Sorry this is deceptive, and is why a lot of people are now questioning the legitimacy of natural products. As not a day goes by that another brand is called out for not being as natural as they claim.

Today we say 1 or 2 so tomorrow lets make it 3, etc

If you are claiming or implying nature, be honest.
