Hey George,
Nice business idea. From what you are saying it seems you need to run ads to 2 types of customers:
1. Running ads to tradies to register for free to your website and offer their services – buy credits to give # of quotes
2. Running ads to customers/ people who are after different tradie services to list their job for free on your website to get free quotes from multiple tradies and get to choose one
The tradie pays a % if their quote gets accepted by a customer.
This is a good idea that similar companies such as HiPage are doing it.
