The best way is actually the boots on the ground approach but since Covid – you can’t really do that.
Next up, is to use an Agent on the ground that speaks decent English.
This is an area to investigate and research.
Outside of all that I know somebody who has such a contact in a Chinese factory who might help – the operative word is might.
