    Hi All,
I’m about to get my smart number, but looking for referrals for a 1300/1800 provider. Calls will be routed to my mobile, but quality and supplier support is as important as cost, so any happy customers please let me know who you use. Telecube have some good reviews?
    Thanks
    Shell

    Hi Shell,

    I was wondering why are you after a 1300 / 1800 number?

I use FYI Telco. I rarely receive calls (most correspondence is email) but it does come in handy, costs me about $5 a month.

    I use Alltel.

Reasonable prices – but as I don’t want to use my personal number anymore I’m willing to pay it.

Happy to help with any questions Shell.

Whichever way you go, make sure you are able to port your number away from the provider if you elect to change at a later date. Some numbers are obtained on a lease basis making this very difficult.

    Cheers

I have been using Telecube for over a year with no problems. Relatively cheap and good support the few times I’ve needed it.

    Cheers,

Hi Steve, We want to service the national market, so believe a 1300 number will help us here and believe it adds more credibility that a mobile number alone. Thanks
