    Hey DJ, welcome. I’m not in the Gold Coast so can’t advise but thought I’d say hi anyway. Interesting mix of what you plan to do. One of my daughters works with thoroughbreds, breeding them and raising them to yearlings before taking them to the sales. So I always tune in when others are working with horses in some way.
