Hello,

I am hoping to set up a pty ltd company and have an american as a co director. Does anyone know what if any business activities she will be allowed to do when visiting Australia.

Since it will be a fitness business can she train instructors, teach classes, help set up sales meetings etc. Can she also “pay herself” and if so would she require a specific visa? It is a small business so she wont qualify for a business visa, is there options for a small business?

If anyone has any advice or experience with this area would be greatly appreciated!

I’d recommend sitting down with an accountant to work it out, so you can lay out the full details.

No point approaching an accountant until you know what Visa they have and the limitations, etc on that, talk to Border Force.
