Hi!
I have a weird question and am looking to message someone who:
– banks with NAB (and has a Business Account)
– uses an online accounting app from Zoho Books, Wave or another that uses Yodlee to retrieve transactions (many do not just Zoho and Wave)Basically, my NAB transactions take up to 3-4 business days to come in (Yodlee say they are `pending’ so they don’t import then until they are final).
– It only happens with my NAB Business account (my NAB Payment Card and personal account come in the day after as usual).
– It only happens with NAB (Bendigo Bank comes in as normal)– NAB says that it’s not them, Yodlee says they only bring in what the NAB is showing.
I know that Yodlee is connecting as the balance in Zoho/Wave changes but the transactions don’t come in (for 3-4 business days).
I want to message or see if anyone else has this issue?

The NAB account dropped transactions for the 27th June.
Only a few days but if someone pays an invoice by Direct Deposit, they may have gotten a reminder by now even though they’ve paid it.
If noone is in that situation, who should I see at the NAB for them to believe it is happening? Maybe visit their `Village Business Hub’ in Docklands in Melbourne – I wonder if they would be able to look into it?

This is happening to me also. I’ve only just joined Zoho and thought it was a little weird. Did you resolve this by any chance?

No, not really; although I have stuck with Zoho Books and kinda moved banks as I liked Zoho Books more than this weird anomaly.
I asked several times over the years and was told the last time that it is because it waits until the bank marks the transaction as `completed’ before they bring it in. Even though to us it is completed (and it shows that way on internet banking to us) nab doesn’t mark it as such (or do something) for about 5 days (???) – I don’t know how true that is, but I know it did happen on several accounting packages including Wave (until they told overseas customers they didn’t want them anymore). Since then I have used Zoho and used CommBank as my main bank for customer payments (eg: that I need to know they come in that day etc)
It also ONLY happened with nab accounts. So it is something to do with how nab transactions are showing to the feed.
I have also tried to explain to nab but I don’t have enough clout to get past or explain it further than the person who answers the phone.
SO, no. I moved to the Commbank as they had a no fee business cheque account and transactions come in like they should – so who knows.
Sorry there wasn’t a more poitive answer!
