I am another South Australian, I hear we might be getting our first set of traffic lights in Adelaide and there is even talk of a Mcdonalds:)Just joking, we are not that small.
It would be nice to think that there is enough of us for a informal meeting of some kind down the track.

I knew you’d be quick of the mark as well to register.I’m sure that we can organise a get together, but it’ll have to be before 7pm when they roll up the footpaths and everybody goes to sleep
Not sure how many more South Aussies are lurking around.
February 18, 2009 at 2:48 am #1004240Up::0I was born and grew up in SA and a portion of my heart still tells me its home
More recently I lived in Adelaide and Mt Barker before I moved up here about 3 and a bit years ago. As I was growing up we lived in the Barossa for a while, in the Murraylands and in Adelaide for a bit. I do love Adelaide and the people there but I feel now for a number of reasons that our move to Brisbane was meant to be.
Does that count Sef?
February 18, 2009 at 5:29 am #1004241Up::0Hi Rachel
In my books you are more South Australian then I am. I was born in the Netherlands, still have the Dutch Nationality and was 25 when I came to Adelaide 18 years ago. So welcome in ‘our SA club’

I think you’re probably just trying not to offend a fellow soloist… A fair amount of my career was spent in lovely Adelaide (public service) and then towards the end in Mt Barker so I have some established clients from good ‘ol South Australia. Anyway here is something about me and my business

I am in WA at the moment, and hopefully by the end of the year we will be in Queensland, but ‘home’ will always be the pristine beach of Sellicks.
Surely there must be more Mighty South Aussies on here?
February 24, 2009 at 2:40 am #1004244Up::0Hi Bianca
And welcome in the “SA Club”.
Beaches on the Fleurieu are indeed stunning. I played golf at Lady Bay last Saturday and the views are breathtaking.Good luck in QLD and I look forward to your contributions on the site.
March 17, 2009 at 8:20 pm #1004245Up::0Hi…I am 1/2 Adelaidian, I have been permanently back in Adelaide for 13 years, but orginally from WA. My family is still all over there so we go back regularly. That big country town feel of Adelaide is very attractive. Also I think we have a good business service standard. Tried to go back to WA but it drove me crazy, they have a real relaxed attitude, a really when I get around to it.
2009 is a great year for business.

Welcome to the SA subgroup. Looks like we’re all half South Australians in here lol (with the exception of Adam) and I do agree, SA is a great place to live and to run a business fromApril 3, 2009 at 11:15 pm #1004247Up::0Hi everyone,
I’m a POM now living in Mount Gambier in SE South Australia.
I’m an ex-RPG JD Edwards ERP analyst programmer (hi Sef ).
Name: Karen Leslie
Location: Mount Gambier
Business name: KLJ Universal Pty Ltd – Money Magnets
Category: Online personal finance
Description: Money Magnets Successful Personal Finance is an online personal finance course with manuals, videos, coaching calls and a membership forum. Our mission is to empower people to live their lives with passion by removing money worries. This course is a basic course with others to follow that will go into more depth and investing etc.I think that our unique selling points are that the course is written by a couple (most courses are either written by a man or a woman) and it’s written at the time of the economic recession rather than courses that were written in a boom economy.
