    Hi guys
I picked up some new offices and they are asking if i have a basic cleaning contract form just stating the general scope of works and terms of agreement.

Can anyone advise where to find these.

Hi and welcome to Flying Solo Steve.

I run a cleaning company but do not use contracts.

I have included our Terms of Service on our website and put in a reference to not hiring our cleaners for 6 months on our quote.

    Good luck in your business.

    Cheers

Any job you pickup should have a clearly defined scope, if there is no documented scope then you run the risk of the client wanting more then you believe you quoted on. But having said that every scope statement will vary from job to job, as each client may/will have differing requirements.
