    Pam and I celebrated our 46 th Wedding Anniversary today so we took ourselves to Cafe Sydney for lunch.
    Ok the food was fabulous, but I was impressed with the service.
    You all know that your Profit is determined by the quality of your service and I like to notice how the service is executed.
    Did I tell that I was impressed by Cafe Sydney’s services.
    The quality was high and the quantity was just perfect. The perfect combination to impress someone like me, that is extremely hard to please..
    Are you making an impression with the quality and quantity of the service you offer..
    Today has left me thinking how can I improve my service that I offer..
    At 74 I have been asked to develop a system which assess the quality of the workmanship and service offered by carpet cleaners with the end result formulating the industry becoming a trade.
    Good to be back after having a 11 month break from non activity.
