Hello, i just came back from shanghai after a two years stay there, where together with my brother we have created a new brand called “Brasa Chicken” , we have 2 stores working in Shanghai but i had enough of China and i want to be back in beautiful Sydney. Our website in China is http://www.brasachicken.com.cn. Because my wife and daughter live in Sydney i just moved back and wanna stay here, because family is very important to me. I am looking for a cash partner who can help me to bring this brand here. ideally someone with an existing F&B business experience. You can email me if interested on marco@brasachicken.com.cn , Thanks.

We can leverage of the business and expertise in Shanghai and make it work here. I need someone who is willing to invest some capital and share the upside together with me. The goal is to open one store and then licence or franchise Brasa Chicken together

Brasa Chicken aims to be the ‘champion of chicken in Australia’ and is dedicated to providing freshly prepared Peruvian style rotisserie chicken with delicious sides and salads to local communities in Sydney and across Australia. We look forward to build a reputation in the marketplace as the most delicious and fresh Rotisserie Chicken in Australia. Brasa Chicken will always conduct its business in style, with a smile, and at an economical price that will benefit our customers.

Brasa is gourmet, fast, great value for money comfort food, friendly and healthy.

Our Brasa chicken is specially marinated for 24 hours and cooked over a bed of hardwood charcoals for 1 hour turns out so amazingly good, you will not be disappointed.

Golden-brown and crisp on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside, it is by far the most delicious chicken in the marketplace. It is served with unique green and red spicy dipping sauces which are refreshing and have a small bite.
