    Hi all

We are looking to put together a brochure website for our main business, we will need to be able to make all the changes and build content, maybe 6 pages a blog, is all.

Can anyOne recommend a good site to get this.

I have all my images and could populate myself.

    Thanks

    g

If you’re after something simple to use, take a look at WordPress.

Once it is setup (not too difficult), it’s simply a matter of adding your content… works pretty much like a word processor.

A lot of themes are available. Many of these are free but a lot of the better ones are around $30. There are some good ones here: http://themeforest.net/

A Google search will provide many other sites offering WordPress themes.

Totally agree. It sounds like WordPress is exactly what you need.

If you’re not up to setting things up yourself you can hire someone to do it. Minimum would be around $500 + their hosting fees.

If you do it yourself it’s just the direct hosting fee which you could get from around $10/month.

Many hosts have reasonably simple wizards to automatically install wordpress, so you can have a live website in about 10 minutes.

Doing it yourself, which includes installing WordPress on your server, creating a database, installing a theme and customising your theme can be difficult for some people. Sometimes the time taken can be long, and the outcome not that great.

    Good luck with it!
