    Hi All,

New business starting up shortly and need to get my shipping providers sorted. Have contacted TNT & Star Track Express directly, but thought maybe someone here could help get me a better rate with either these carriers, or another national carrier. The rates TNT sent aren’t too bad but there seems to be a ton of extra costs which can inflate the pricing.

I will be using Sendle for smaller packages, but I will be selling bulky/heavy items which will exceed their requirements.

Can anyone offer assistance getting a great rate on domestic shipping of items of this size? (over 25kgs, lengths sometimes over 1.2m etc.)

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,
I’ll PM you to get some more details. Depending on locations and specific dims different carriers may work best and we can bring multiple carriers into a single account so you don’t have to rely on a single carter (& it makes the backoffice admin a bit simpler as well)
    Regards
    Craig

Don’t look at only the cost to your self, look at how user friendly the courier is to your client,

Cheapness doesn’t always result in a satisfactory customer experience and the couriers don’t care about your customer.

you wouldn’t want to use Australia Post either.
Two parcel were to arrive Friday 13th one came and the other ended up in Penrith 60 kms away. Honestly would you consider using them.

Australia Post have limits in terms of size and weighty. A alternative service that I have used previously is e-Go.
