    Hey Guys,

So want to start selling services with a friend of mine, he specialises in a particular type of service when combined with my would be a very powerful offering to B2B clients.

Anyway, i don’t want to get into a company/business partnership with him, as my work ethic is a lot higher, so just wondering what is the proper structure or even term to use to describe this? Would it be joint venture?

A joint venture is between 2 x separate entities so the term seems to fit. I guess you will both need separate insurance to carry the joint venture risk.

It could get complicated real quick.

On the other hand, you could create a simple partnership or a partnership of Trusts or a partnership of Trusts and Companies.
