    Hi there,

    It has been on my mind for a long time to start my own poke bowl place. I am in the business plan writing process at the moment but I am struggling with 1 part; the costs. There isn’t much equipment needed as there is no cooking involved (fridges & rice cookers is pretty much all you need as well as knives ect of course). Now when I add everything up, equipment, fit out, security bond ect. It just ends up being too low. I must be missing something? Yes, I wouldn’t be spending much on the kitchen as mentioned before but there has to be something I’m missing.

    Other question I had is about the fish, it has to be fresh & sashimi-grade. Are there companies that would deliver to your door every morning? Do you have to go to the fish market every morning?
