    Welcome to the forums Allister!

I found it hard to recognise “what you do”. One way you can translate is to talk about “what you did” for each of the clients you’ve mentioned. It will help you to speak about real projects that people can see you doing for them.

    Great to have you here!

Thank you so much for that valuable feedback. I have inserted a new web page under “About Us” section that highlights what we do. Really liked your idea about expanding on the work we have done with some of our previous clients so will work on that.

Thanks once again for your time and warm welcome.

    No problem Allister!

One thing I’m still struggling with…
What links your wide range of services together? For example how are length calibration and fraud prevention related?

Seems like a very widespread range of services, having worked in a calibration lab in a previous life/s, I would even suggest separating it off, into a totally separate website or branch. The experts may provide different advise, but if I was searching for a calibration lab, I would be looking at the range of unconnected services, and think ”jack of all trades, master of none”
