    Hello Everyone

    Just a heads up… my Skype account was hacked yesterday and 590 minutes of calls were made in Taiwan so I’m down about $60.

    Time to change credit card details as well.

    Hello again

    ‘Live’ customer support is not easy to find on Skype and you are directed to the Community Forum or FAQ page

    Based on what you see there you would kiss your money goodbye.

    However, I did stumble upon a ‘Live Chat’ button which worked and a lovely lady refunded me immediately.

    Excellent service once you find it.

    I guess the moral of the post is that you should be changing your password on all accounts probably every three months… I have started today.

    Indeed. Treat your passwords like your toothbrush – never share it with anyone else and change it every 3 months (as you suggested).
