Co-founder agreement?

Hi All,

I’ve been spending plenty of time researching a business concept, of which I am now involved in an incubator program to help refine, but I’ve recently connected with someone who I want to add as a co-founder. He, rightfully so, has asked for something to outline the agreement (roles, responsibilities and equity split with vesting options).

I am too early for a SAFE agreement, so not sure what to provide him. Does anyone have any recommendations??
