The purpose of this post is to publicly commend The Wordmistress copywriting services (Gina) for the excellent service she provided Ipaint Pty. in a recent company side project. In my opinion, the level of service Gina extended to our business was far beyond our expectations.
I wouldn’t normally write a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis however in this particular case we were so impressed by the support, quality and high level of service provided by Gina that I felt compelled to go on record with our praise.
What was most impressive about The Wordmistress’ service was there was no additional financial reward. It became pretty clear very early on that it was Gina’s extraordinary commitment to customer service that motivated her to go that extra step and for this we are sincerely grateful.
In closing, I believe Gina truly deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for the level of service provided to our business.
We will most certainly be using The Wordmistress in future and will most definately be recommending the service to our contacts. Thanks Gina,
Brady

Brady, would you mind Gina using this as a testimonial on her website when she gets it redone?
Congrats on the successful project to both of you.

February 15, 2010 at 11:29 pm #1023273Up::0This is what I like to hear, the wonderful service our members extend to each other.
In someway make you feel proud to be part of a forum that lets networking be so successful.
Congratulations, and I am confident there are many others on this forum that have experienced a similar rappour.
Not to forget the FS team who took the gamble that this forum would produce such wonderful results as this
February 16, 2010 at 12:14 am #1023274Up::0Um, I’m not one to be lost for words, obviously, but Brady, your recommendation is absolutely fantastic, thank you. It’s so very important to me to do the best job that I can for my clients, no matter how small or large the job and once I get my teeth into it, you can be sure it will be to the client’s satisfaction.
Thank you so much, I truly appreciate the time you invested in posting this and I certainly look forward to working with you again. It was a pleasure!

Up::0Patrick, Brady and Gina, thanks so much for your generous feedback.
We’ll lap it up and give ourselves a pat on the back, but really, we know it’s the fabulous folk who hang out here that make these forums so special!
Thanks to each of you for contributing to our great community so wholeheartedly.
We love your work.
Jayne, Robert, Peter and SamFebruary 17, 2010 at 12:30 pm #1023278Up::0You know what I love most about Flying Solo? It’s very down to earth, very relevant and on the level. There are other networking communities that seem to be populated by egocentric and wishy-washy types (sometimes both qualities in a single person). Flying Solo gets to the guts of business, real business, and the sense of community is encouraging without feeling stifling.
It’s a pleasure to drop in during a working day when the brain gets a bit frazzled and I can step back from what I’m doing, but still be business-focused.
February 18, 2010 at 3:11 am #1023279Up::0Wow, thanks Gina. We rely on regular community feedback (positives and negatives) to keep things on track around here. We always love to hear it, but especially when it’s so positive and eloquently put.
Have you considered a career as a writer?
