    hey guys,

    just a quick question to ask, i am opening a small registered training organisation (RTO) and would like to ask you what should be structure of the company.

    For example 1 director and $1 share would be sufficient?

    In my uneducated opinion, wouldn’t you want more shares, in case you later need to bring a partner on board, in which case you cannot divide 1 share?
