    Hi all,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a question that has been bothering me for months, hope someone can shed some lights on my poor soul.

I have a few product that are, in my opinion, as good as others on the market (or even better), and I can offer at better price. But the consumers are so used to the ones on market, they don’t even want to take a peek at others. I plan to print a size chart comparing my products to other brands and leave it at the store to hopefully attract the consumers attention. Of course I know it is illegal to compare to other brands directly, it is not a healthy competition and I can face a lawsuit. However, what if I put their brands in some sort of abbreviation ?

For example, if I were to sell a car, I would compare to TOYTA model A, SUZKI model B, SUBRU model C. Would this be lawful or is it copyright infringement?

Thank you in advance for your inputs!
