Hello fellow FS’ers,

Over the past 2 years I have been running an online shop review website: eStoreReview.com.au

What I have noticed is generally you don’t hear from your customers unless they had a negative experience, and when this happens people tend to complain all over the internet.

Sometimes businesses may try to encourage their customers to write a review but this would be a manual tedious process especially trying to keep track of who made the order and when to send a follow up message.

I have developed a way to automate this process. You can start generate genuine customer reviews automatically by simply letting us know when your customer made a purchase, and we will invite your customer for a review after certain period of time.

Setup is very simple and there is no costs involved.
