Why do they need to digitally sign something?
In this day and age not even banking direct debit agreements use signatures.
You might be able to totally ignore that just by having an ‘I agree’ tickbox or something.

that was the initial brief from client, but yes, a check box looks like it is also suitable…will be using a 3rd party DD setup, so can add content into their sign up process…
hellosign offers digital signing (may need for a letter of authority) which is only $15 a month….
