    We are new to Flying Solo so a big “Hello” from us, we are excited to be joining such a friendly and knowledgeable community of fellow small businesses.

    We are wanting to ask a Sales Training question of sales managers, sales staff, training and development staff, HR staff and people in similar roles.

    We currently have a successful offline business that provides in-house results based training based on what our clients needs are, whether that be Accident Prevention, Sales Success, Leadership, Productivity all tailored to their staff, industry and company.

    We are in the midst of creating an online business using our training and behavioral methods but delivering the courses through Podcasts, Webinars and something unique we are currently developing.

    Because we never develop a training program and then try to sell it to customers. It makes much more sense for us to ask a community of professionals the following 3 questions – to help us develop a product that is meaningful.
