A “Rule of Thumb” in any business sector, is that you don’t go around policing competitors with a magnifying glass to try and find something to discredit them. If however they do something wrong by a customer, there are legal avenues to get matters resolved in the appropriate way. That will be entirely up to the disgruntled customer whether to take action or not, depending if it is a valid reason.

The professional way to do business is to focus on your business and customers and take no notice of what your competitors are doing. If they are doing wrong by their customers somewhere down the road it will “Bite them Back”.

However, if your competitors start taking away your customer base then it’s time to take out your magnifying glass and ask yourself where you are going wrong.
