    Hey fellow Soloist,

I’ve recently completed a book on how to not get ripped off by your web developer. This is relevant both to local companies/contractors as well as if you are outsourcing your work. As a web developer of 6 years I always see clients trying to save money in the wrong areas and go down a path of frustration.

    http://www.headstudios.com.au/ebook-landing-page-2/

This is not for you if you are trying to get a $500 website and want to save $50 but if you are looking to spend decent money (over $2k) but don’t want to spend money on things that aren’t going to improve your bottom line.

Look forward to your feedback – both on the landing page and the eBook itself (constructive feedback only #nohaters)

    Peace

    Hey Kosta

Three quick things that jump out at me:

    1. The image on the cover isn’t going to sell your book. It’s more offputting than anything. I’d go for a ‘sleazy sales guy’ image or the like.

    2. The CTA ‘Gimme the book’ gives the impression you think the person who wants this book is greedy. When, in fact, they just want to save money.

    3. The testimonials on the page are about your services and not the book. Which is jarring.
