I’ve been reading alot of good resources and advices over the past few months on this forum, finally deciding to pull up my sleeve and give it a go. My background and strength lies in the technical delivery space, where although I am not a true tech geek but do have the know how and also the ability to pull together the right resources to deliver the right outcome for both my internal organisational and external clients.
From recent research and interests in the chatbot space, I feel that I have found an area I can be passionate about, whilst being able to help engage existing and new customers for many different industries and sectors that SMBs are in. Therefore I am looking to connect with anyone who may be interested in implementing a chatbot for better and higher engagement with their digital customers.
Why am I giving free advice or help in implementing a chatbot? Like most of you will be aware, building a customer base, establishing networks and starting from scratch is very difficult for any new business or startup.
