Hi
I am new in here.
I currently make fudge for sale at market but with 3 young children I am looking for an alternative option to packaging my product.
Currently I am using small cello bags and all the cutting, packaging and labelling is done at night once the children are down.
I have seen some gorgeous confectionery being produced and packaged at what looks like a large scale commercial level but have also heard stories of other ladies making such products themselves.
I have a small following but am having to decide if I keep going with this product or can I produce this product via a commercial kitchen that has the machines to produce my product at a better more affordable rate and how do I make contact with these people?
Any advice would be great.
Thanks in advance.November 22, 2019 at 6:45 am #1221774Up::0Hi And Welcome to Flying Solo @Sorrell .
