    Hi Pete from Melbourne

Trade business – I have a lot of experience in growing trade businesses from a small operation to a large one.

It takes a tremendous commitment of time, energy and money so I hope you are up for the challenge. Mostly the challenge is maintaining the workflow required to keep all those extra people busy but the management of the people can also be a big pain in the A#@!

Make sure you have plenty of procedures in place and I look forward to hearing about your progress.
