Hi and welcome to Flying Solo
To answer your question, first follow all On-Page SEO rules, then seek relevant backlinks and… wait. Advances in Google happens over time, not overnight.
Selecting and targeting a niche and “Long-Tail” keywords are much easier than targeting popular keywords that everybody is going for.
We have a Welcome thread that will give you a heads up about our standards and the rules we enforce to make the community a helpful and positive experience for all of our members.

As your website is only two months old, you shouldn’t be worrying about DA and PA just yet. They take time.
What you need to do is correctly structure your pages and content, so Google understands what each page is about. For example: Your “Yoga and Meditation” page..
The page title: “Essential Yoga & Meditation Techniques To Transform Our Life” (This tells me and Google that the page is about Yoga and Meditation techniques)
The page description: “Dive into sea of information on Yoga and Meditation. What is yoga ? what are its types ? How is it linked with meditation etc..” (This doesn’t mention “techniques” at all)
The page’s main heading: “Yoga and Meditation” (Again, no mention of “techniques”)
The page’s content: The only content on the page is three brief summaries of content on other pages, and summaries of “Featured Articles”. This page actually has no content of it’s own.
So, the page’s description, heading and content doesn’t match the what the title suggests and the only content is from other pages.
In addition to this, the page is about two different but related topics “Yoga” and “Meditation”.
It would be better to have separate pages for each, where you could cover each topic in more detail. That way, the Yoga page could rank for everything about Yoga, and the Meditation page could rank for everything about Meditation.
You could still write some content on each page that describes how they relate to each other (with links between each page).
Here’s what I suggest – assuming you want this page found for both “Yoga and Meditation Techniques”:
1. Update the description to include the term “yoga and meditation techniques”.
2. Update the main heading <h1> to something like: “Yoga and Meditation Techniques For Everyday Use”
3. Write a couple of paragraphs of text below the <h1> heading to tell people what they are about to learn about the topic of Yoga and Meditation Techniques.
4. Use subheadings <h2> and <h3> to breakdown the topic into parts and answer people’s questions with at least one paragraph of text, like:
a) <h2>What is Yoga? (Section Heading)
b) <h3>How does Yoga work? (Section Sub-Heading)
c) <h2>How have Yoga techniques developed over time? (Section Heading)
d) <h3>Yoga techniques for relaxation (Section Sub-Heading)
d) <h3>Yoga techniques for cleansing (Section Sub-Heading)
e) <h3>Yoga breathing techniques (Section Sub-Heading)
f) <h2>Meditation techniques to help you relax (Section Heading)
g) <h3>Meditation techniques for managers (Section Sub-Heading)
h) <h3>Meditation techniques for conflict resolution, etc. When creating pages and content, try to keep your page about one topic, and cover that topic well.
You’ll find your website will rank better, and for many more keywords.PS: Nice to see you’ve sized your images correctly and minified the HTML.
All the best.
