    Hi,

l am contemplating purchasing a building which will attract GST as it would be sold as not a going concern. My question is will l be able to claim GST output at the time of purchase and should l sell the business established and the building at a later date as a going concern, will the sale figure have to have GST factored into it?

    Thanks in advance

    Trekkertony

This type of question is best answered by your accountant so they can take all the factors of your circumstance in prior to offering advice.

    Hi Trekkertony,
I will be able to help you, though as MissSassy pointed out, I would need more information.
Would you like to drop me a line at [email protected] and we could take it from there?

    Irina :)
