Hello to the Flying Solo Community!

I only just discovered this website yesterday, but I am very glad to have stumbled upon this community. It seems to be a very friendly and helpful place, and one that is welcoming of new members.

I am a stay-at-home-mother who has been out of the full time workforce for several years. I have a few years left before my youngest will start school, and I have been considering my options for paid employment when I no longer have little ones at home during the day.

I am considering going solo, and have been doing a lot of reading about being self employed, trying to educate myself before embarking on the journey. It looks like I have found a valuable resource here, and a wealth of wisdom in the participants on this forum.

I will probably have some questions from time to time, and I look forward to learning from the community.
