I’ve been told by “shewhomustbe” that it is Christmas and I have to be nice to everyone……Bah Humbug!!!!

I love the meaning of Christmas, celebrating the birth of Jesus and the celebratory lunch on Christmas day.

OK it is a time for kids and I am going to see the movie Paddington Bear in the New Year, but do we really have to have all this hype that go’s with Christmas?

Driving around looking at the decorated houses, the shopping centres packed with people trying to spend that last bit of money they have, it makes you wonder why.

Over the last week or so I have been to several lunches and dinners to celebrate Christmas. The house is full of Christmas cards sent by family and friends.

As Soloists how many of us are invited to Christmas parties by the Boss, or were you expected to work through. I know this time of year was always my busiest often starting work at 4 am and finishing at 7 pm.
If your busiest time of year is now then go for it, but remember to celebrate
    the real meaning of Christmas.

May you have a very Happy Christmas and the New year brings with it so much work you will need to expand.

Yes sometimes the unexpected will happen. God Bless

    Merry Christmas to you Burgo.

Don’t worry the commercialism will be over soon. I bet Coles will have the Christmas stuff sold off cheap and hot cross buns and Easter eggs on the shelves before you get to see Paddington!

    Hi Burgo

That’s a nice thoughtful post, from one of the nicest guys around!

I hope you – and ALL the community – get a well deserved break. Be sure to give us a review of Paddington!

    Love to you and yours,

Robert and the little crew at FSHQ
