Hi Guys
For some reason for the last couple of weeks I am having trouble with the home page. I go to it, click Login, start to type in my username and it freezes. Then an Windows alert message comes up down the bottom saying the page is not responding or a script has stopped working and need to reload webpage. Very annoying. Any ideas why. I thought maybe you changed one of your cookies recently or maybe there are too many scripts on the home page. Anyone else having this problem?
regards

Thanks for letting us know about this.
It’s not something we’ve had reported.
Let me know if it’s still happening.
Cheers,

EvanWhich operating system and browser do you use? Can you double click on the error that comes up and copy/paste the error text in to a reply?
Sounds like a JavaScript error.

I tried to copy and paste the error message but could not. I use Internet Explorer. I do use chrome. But the error tonight said “flyingsolo.com.au stopped working because of a long running script.” Page then freezes and then refreshes finishes downloading the top banner and reopens the login box with my half entered username. Then it may let me finish the login or it may repeat 1 more time before I can finish the login. Weird right.January 31, 2014 at 11:11 pm #1157772Up::0Hi nighttax,
It does sound like a javascript error as mentioned, but not something we can replicate this end so tricky to test. Perhaps upgrading IE could be worth a try?
I’ll PM you with my email address so if you do get a screenshot of the error message we can investigate.
Cheers
