It has been brought to our attention that inspectors of the Fair Work Act are targeting all businesses to review their Employees Records and practices. The audit includes such items as issue and content of a payslip, record keeping regarding personal and annual leave, record keeping regarding employee’s attendance etc etc. They are out to make examples of bad business practices and have the power to impose very heavy fines.
eTrack Business Solutions have developed an audit process for businesses in Melbourne and Sydney to ensure that your business is 100% compliant.

Compliance is an important issue for every business and that doesnt just mean tax although it is synonomous with that.
These sort of housekeeping issues should be addressed as soon as a small business starts employing staff.

Thank you all, I am happy to assist any business in either Melbourne or Sydney who is battling with these issues. It may not mean that you need a lot of work done to make you compliant at times it is just adjusting a few items and procedures. Biggest problem I have seen? Payslips not compliant and worse not issued………….
