    Hi there

Thanks for joining the forums. By the sounds of your questions, you’re pretty new to the topic of marketing. I would suggest you spend some time researching a little and then you’ll be able to pop back with more specific questions.

You’ll have gained access to our Guide to Marketing when you joined the community (check your welcome email for the link to that) and that’s certainly worthy of a read. You might also like to spend some time looking through these sections of the site:

A quick question to leave you with. You’re clearly entering a market that has a fair bit of competition, why do you think customers will come to you as opposed to someone else?

Best of luck with your new venture,

    Robert

That question from Robert is the basis of your marketing efforts – why should customers choose you over one of your competitors? Figure that out and the rest will be a lot easier.

On another note, I did have a quick look at your site and I would like to point out that my impression of the first 2 customer testimonials on your site is that they look fake. They may not be but to me they do not appear genuine and in case they are fake, I recommend that you read the information at https://www.accc.gov.au/business/advertising-promoting-your-business/managing-online-reviews as it is not legal to publish or pay for fake reviews.
