    Hi guys ;

    I have started building my online store based on bazar shop theme (http://demo.yithemes.com/bazar/) that i recently bought.

    I have started uploading some pics and started adding products ; now images i receive from my wholesaler are of diff dimensions , eg some are 200 x 200 , some are 200 x 143.

    What i am after is a plugin , with which i can bulk fix image size to say 200 x 200 and incase of an image that is 200 x 143 , it adds a border or something without making it look weird , hope i am making sense .

    Would appreciate if someone can advise me how can i do this ?

    Cheers !!

    Cheers !!Not sure something like that exists.

    You have two options:

    1. Crop every image.

    2. Have the image center in a container vertically depending on the height, and have the container’s all the same height.

    See this for an example: http://www.heleneriksson.com/new-site/product-category/all-products/

    It takes some pretty advanced CSS to do this, it’s not something that normally comes out of box.

    Cheers,

    Matt

    Can I be super unhelpful and point out that Magento does this out of the box ;)

    I think Matt has the easiest solution. Resize the images so they fit within a 200×200 box, then use CSS to centre them within a containing div.
