Dear Fellow Flying Solo members this is my first post and I am after your help please and also sending everyone all the best in these difficult times in business.
I am assisting with setting up an indoor playcentre and after guidance on where I can find requirements/regulations for kids workshops for an indoor playcentre (School aged kids). I have tried to google and many searches, even have rang a couple of playcentres but they have said their lawyer has advised them and other than WWCC no licence is required. Any help guidance would be greatly appreciated as I want to make sure I cover rules/regulations. Thanking you:)

Hi And Welcome to Flying Solo @Ripley .

It is great to have you!

Thank you for joining our community and posting.

Insurance Brokers that cover kids play centres might know.

Of course, there will be one government department in your State that will be the font of the knowledge you are seeking.

Have you considered, “Social Distancing” and sanitation in your planning?
