Setting up a business on your own is a very daunting task but it feels great when you learn knew things and get them done!
I’ve found the least confusing way is to keep a list of everything you need to learn and add to it as you find more things. Dedicate an hour or so every couple of days to go through one thing in the list without being distracted.

My only suggestion is try all the ones that match you requirements and are in your price bracket, they all offer free trials.

January 16, 2018 at 9:52 pm #1150513Up::0For invoicing, estimates and expense tracking I would highly recommend https://billbooks.com . You pay per invoice rather than monthly, so if you only send 3 or 4 a month it would work out to around $2 or $3 a month, and it’s a joy to use after having tried literally dozens of online invoicing software.
(I was never after a full accounting suite, though Billbooks allows exporting of records for your tax accountant)
